Karen fits right into the Blacksmith mold with her foodservice background and extensive experience in working with sales and marketing teams to improve contract management, pricing, and trade spending processes. Karen came to Blacksmith from ConAgra Foods Refrigerated division where she was the Manager of Pricing and Business Analysis. Karen’s focus was on implementing solutions that would drive efficiencies and customer and product profitability for distributor shelter programs, national account contracts, and trade accruals.
At Blacksmith, Karen will play a significant role in working closely with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and obstacles while helping define business requirements to build high-impact solutions that directly target the inefficieces of trade spending.
Karen has a BS in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and received her MBA and Finance degrees from the Illinois Institute of Technology. |
