Kelly arrived at Blacksmith after four years with Pactiv Corporation where she served most recently as IT Manager, Sales and Marketing Systems and previously as a Strategic Consultant. She has a deep understanding of the foodservice and retail business and the issues and relationships surrounding sales, marketing, and IT due to her direct involvement with the sales and marketing business functions across six business units at Pactiv. Her primary role was to develop technology solutions that enable business strategies and to reengineer business processes to improve productivity and reduce cost.
With over 14 years of industry experience with the majority of her career spent at Fort James Corporation, which is now Georgia Pacific, Kelly is highly skilled in design concept sell, internal consulting, strategy development, and resource management. She has managed project teams and system analysts that have designed, developed, and delivered quality solutions that have improved gross profit, enabled more accurate reporting, and have improved business decision making and maximized trade spending.
Kelly will have a major role in developing new and enhanced functionality for Blacksmith’s contract and trade management solutions. With her level of experience with both foodservice and retail business functions, she will have a tremendous impact on solutions that will provide manufacturers with the tools that will grow their business across all business units, customer types, and product portfolios. |
