Paul is a foodservice lifer. He has spent
his entire career in foodservice and has been the visionary and
driving force behind Blacksmith Applications rise and success. Paul
cut the manufacturer apron strings in 2000 to found awayX Solutions
(Blacksmith Applications) after 13 years of exemplary work at Kraft
Foods, one of the largest foodservice manufacturers in the world.
Immediately prior to founding the company, Paul was the Director
of New Product Development at Kraft Foods where he was responsible
for identifying and developing new categories for growth. His long
career with Kraft included a broad range of assignments in sales,
marketing and strategy where he demonstrated powerful leadership
skills and a passion for innovation. His contributions were recognized
on numerous occasions: |
