At VNU Business Media, he served as president and group publisher of Restaurant Business, ID Magazine, and FoodService Director and Hospitality Design (both of which he founded). As group vice president at Reed Business Information, Jeff was group publisher of Restaurants & Institutions, Chain Leader, Hotels, and Foodservice Equipment & Supplies. His board service includes Women’s Foodservice Forum (of which he was a founder), Culinary Institute of America, NRA Educational Foundation, Second Harvest, James Beard Advisory Board, and Service-America. |
